I should also maybe mention, although I think it's irrelevant, that I am currently in the "fast" Insider Program level. (As it only needs 400 MB at most, you can resize partition and generate some free space from C drive to increase the System Reserved partition.) Can you extend C drive partition To expand system partition (C: driver) size Before expanding C drive size, need to confirm there is unallocated space next to C drive. I've tried to expand the drive but as there are already partitions on either side it won't allow me to do so. Partition 0: System Reserved - 100 MB NTFS The amount of space available on a hard drive is set, there is no way to increase the size of the drive without replacing it with a brand new drive. I'm now hoping to expand the size of the drive because I am preparing to off load a lot of data from another computer which can't be contained in the C drive's current capability. I don't remember whether my C partition used to reach the full capacity of the disk but in any case now it definitely doesn't so I can't blame the windows 10 upgrade as being the culprit. While I was still using windows 7, the content on the never reached the size of larger than 100gb. After I updated from Windows 7 home to Windows 10 home, I noticed an issue with my drive.
